Rental Rates

Hourly Venue Rental​

$125/hour (4 hour minimum)

Includes both setup and cleanup time 

Same rate for both house and carriage barn

Wedding Package with Overnight Stay

$1800

Includes one night stay in the house (either before or after wedding day) & full-day access to the carriage barn Saturday or Sunday

Important Note: Children are not allowed inside the house during events. If children will be attending, the event must be held in the carriage barn.
